Jordan Trail

GET THE GPS TRACK FOR EVERY TRAIL IN SEDONA INCLUDED WHEN YOU PURCHASE THE WANDERER'S GUIDE!

Jordan is a system trail in the Coconino National Forest. It is well marked with sign and easy to follow. One of the most important connecting trails in Sedona, the Jordan Trail is a critical part of many loops and point-to-point routes in the Urban system.

Hikers on the Jordan Trail

The trail runs between Soldiers Pass and the Jim Thompson trailhead near Uptown Sedona. Because there are a lot more spaces available at the latter, and the former is only open Monday - Wednesday, we prefer parking at Jim the Thompson Trailhead.

FINDING THE TRAILHEAD

The best place to park is Jim Thompson or at the Posse Grounds Park & Ride.
